Hi Everyone, I just bought the Moto Edge 2021 and it is a great phone! For your money, you get the most bang for the buck. The specs cannot be beaten at the $500 to $700 price range. Specs are better than Apple or Samsung at a much cheaper price. Best value premium phone on the market period. Ditch Apple and Samsung and go for the Moto Edge 2021. You will love it!!

I was pretty disappointed with the Edge (single) speaker compared to a Pixel 5a. Every phone should have 2 speakers, especially if no headphone jack.

Absolutely. Especially since they all already do (have 2 speakers). All they have to do is use a slightly louder earpiece unit that can project a little. They have to put a speaker up there either way... What money can it really save them?

I had the lg velvet and it had duel speakers with built on ld 3d surround or some like that boy that was the loudest phone I had but I always had battery issues but I got the edge the other day but man I'm disappointed with the sound cuz I can't hear that well as it is

Single speaker doesn't mean much to me..,just use Bluetooth ear buds

I've had this phone for a month and I Love it... Only Cons for Me is no audio jack or sd card slot but All You need to do is Buy adapters and voila, problems Solved...

One Ace is one of my favorite phone, so it's pretty difficult to justify for Edge 2021 Now I have both and Edge isn't much better than One Ace One Ace is actually a great phone

No headphone jack...where you can charge your phone and still listen to music or video No external micro card slot...where you can store all of your videos and music to transfer to another phone. The bright side was that the best phone came out first and was selling at a discount rate. I just purchased the Moto 5g ace and I can say like most shoppers who get screwed with getting the wrong item. I can say I got the right phone and the right time a better phone for half the price.

I have the 2021 edge, and some app i cant get 100% of the view when i lay it on it side, i go into the display an mess with that but still only 80% on most app, it wont show all of the screen.

I purchased two 2021 Motorola Edge 5G phones, a well functioning cell phone, great battery life, fingerprint recognition works well. Does the edge have a standard stereo headphone jack? Does the edge have MicroSD card expandability? In my Ace, I currently have a 1 TB card. It makes the Edge obsolete already. MUST have expandability and MUST have standard stereo headphone jack!

I've always thought the more expensive phones should have a headphone jack as well just in case you lose or break your more expensive blue tooth 🎧 headphones so you can at least just purchase some cheap headphones temporarily in a pinch if needed until you can afford too purchase some better quality blue tooth headphones!

I installed square home launcher on the ace and have no gesture issues. The ace has also received Android 11 update.

I'm deciding if I should return the edge 2021 or not. The screen brightness flickering is really disappointing. I have a feeling getting a replacement phone is going to have the same issue. Everything else is fine.

I got the Ace a couple weeks ago and I am not impressed. The phone volume is not good and the speaker is terrible. I shot a couple videos on it. It looked crisp on my phone but when I posted it on social media it was just a pathetic big blur. For those of you that like watching videos on your phone, it is a good size screen, but I never watch anything on my phone so for me the phone is unnecessarily too long. It fell out of my pocket twice since I have had it. I'll deal with it for now and hopefully pick up the new Blackberry if it ever is released.

The Ace will go into fast charging if you have the charger for it. I do have one from my G7+ ,also if you plug it into a capable laptop or car radio with USB out charging.

@@callan3319 That is because the charger that came with the Ace is not a Turbo Charger. The G7 Plus came with one and it is very fast. If your phone does not say (TurboPower Connected) when you plug it in it's not in TurboCharge.

And also not all Turbo Chargers are the same. I have a old G4 Turbo that will not put the Ace in Turbo.

Its better than the back IMO since if you place it in a car phone holder it will block access to the sensor on the back or if you use a folding case. The side is always clear.

With an adapter the Edge uses the USB -C port for a head set jack. Great sound

Let's not kid ourselves about the screen on the Moto One Ace 5G. If Motorola doesn't list it as Gorilla glass, it's not Gorilla Glass. It's just plain old soda glass. Gorilla glass is always a selling point. If it was on the phone, Motorola would let you know.

Amazon prime has it for 599$ and I have a 70$ credit the comments are mixed up with different phones some say no Wi-Fi calling? And I use WiFi 99% of the time will I have a problem with WiFi 6 have no idea what or how it works? Hit the different buying methods but it doesn't show up? Show's that you can return for any reason, doesn't tell how many days? I've got consumer cellular had ATT when I had a tablet with them but it was super slow and they had nothing for a unshared package that wasn't unlimited and I never have gone over 3Gb but I don't know how they work with a smartphone cuz I still have my LG 2015 3G flip phone and I would be happy just making and receiving calls unfortunately big phone corporations want more money because data is like gold for Att and the other big ones!

NFC is needed if you don't want to carry credit cards around (so you won't lose them) and use Google Pay. A few times I left my wallet at home and it was Google Pay that saved me.
