I’m currently 28 weeks pregnant with twin boys and the majority way through my pregnancy my biggest cravings have been strawberries and ice cold appletiser! Try the strawberries with lemon juice and a bit of sugar in the evening it’s gorgeous!

4:39 the toast situation, i have my toaster set to 1 twist above number 3, probably 3 minutes 10 seconds, something like that, perfect toast everytime for my liking, golden brown/lightly toasted. ( obviously different depending on the toaster )

Awesome though I think you should try and eat properly 😊 I watched Holly's video and though the nappies say New Baby on the packaging they have 3 diff sizes ranging from 0-3. You will need size 0 for a few weeks then size 1 etc I made the same mistake as a 1st time mom and picked out size 3 nappies and 2 days before my son was born I realised and rushed to buy size 0 😂 My son is now 19 month's and fits size 4 nappies. Whereas I know a 7 month old who fits size 6 so really depends on how big or little they are. Hope that helps. Good luck 👍 Try having some bone broth soup and dates (have em in milkshakes if you can't eat em on their own).
