I miss Jimmy so much- I was huddled under his awning one day because of the rain and he invited me in to try on his new stock- I told him there was no way I could ever afford a dress like this and said it was a fashion show. He Let me try on all the V beautiful goth clothes I wanted- he sold me the first pair of docs I ever owned. My square parents went to him for a gift for Me- Jimmy was and al ate will be the heart of st marks place

Like bro I loved st marks(also known as the east village)for its history , from the riots on Tompkins square park, to the beginning CBGB’s opened up and let punk be a thing, to the moment gg allin brought it back. sadly no one remembers that, no one remembers the Ramones came from there and all those punk bands you know today 😐it sucks how it became this modern day boring shit place, where no one remembers its history..But I’m glad this guy jimmy is out there showing love. 💪🏻❤️❤️ one more thing, what made New York Special wasn’t fucking Time square and all those tourist places,.It was the fact that you could go anywhere and it would feel different,look different, different history, hard workers, crazy and not so crazy places but it was different, now it looks the same, same shop etc. boring
