I love Angels Share on me. I bought it when you first reviewed it. People stop me every time I wear it. I agree it is a cooler weather fragrance. I wore it through the holidays. I pulled it out again for a couple of days in April because I missed it. I again got stopped and received many compliments. I feel it isn't as heavy as other gourmands, which is nice

I love this video! I have most of these fragrances and I am definitely getting a sample of Oajan; I can't wait to try it as I love spicy fragrances. I know what you mean about Angel's Share vs Vanilla Diorama, I love Angel's Share and I think it is so yummy. I also love Vanilla Diorama, but I don't think it has that yummy gourmand feeling like Angel's Share, they are very different. I need to try Montale's Arabian's Tonka and see if I like it. I have a bit of a love/hate relationship with Montale, some of their fragrances are really nice, while others have a weird, synthetic smell to them. I have nothing against synthetic notes, I just find a lot of Montale fragrances to have this strange quality to the notes that I can't describe. Angelique Noire is one of my all-time favorites, I think Guerlain does vanilla like no other brand. Thanks again for another great fragrance video! Take care, Ginny 😘😘😘

I don't think it's for everyone but even if you don't like it enough to wear it I think you would appreciate smelling it on someone else... if that makes sense! It's very rich and indulgent! xx

I'll have to compare it to Arabians Tonka and see how close they are. I meant to say in my comment and forgot: Have you tried Xerjoff Casamorati Dolce Amalfi? I recently purchased it and it is a gourmand with fruity, spicy, and vanilla, amber notes. I love it and I suggest you try it if you haven't yet. Also try Xerjoff Alexandria II, it was love at first sniff and I immediately ordered a bottle - it's my new favorite!

Wow I was just on twisted lilly website, first time I went on it last night after watching u, I often watch your makeup videos, I went into lilly site cause the emerald green bottle u showed at the start of the video, lured me into finding it lol, can't remember the name of the perfume. I was amazed at the samples, I only ever buy perfume brands I no like, nina ricci, lolita lempika, Marc Jacobs, gucci, chanel madomeselle( orderd frm Smith and caughey 2 weeks ago, the body mist of chanel , never owned Channel, gucci shower gel arrived a few days ago not tried yet (I'm buying so much on line with this lockdown. I put over $200 of samples and candles, body lotion in my cart, at lilly, kool idea the samples especially when some perfume are over $300

It's literally the same smell, it doesn't last very long on my skin though, but it's incredible on my clothes!

Eh...i actually find angels share just..perfect! Nothing disturbing, nothing to get me out of my comfort zone yet quite unique. Apple pie type of frags yes..there are orhers also but this one has the booziness that makes it stand out. Quite overpriced for a 50 ml bottle but...i paid the money..damn this kilian 😃

Bergamont ruins the gouramnd aspect for me. Creed love in white summer was almost perfect but bergamont really put me off. I tried to like it but it's too overpowering. Same with lancome miracle secret, same with philosphy amazing graze. I try and stay far away from any perfume that claims bergamont as an ingredient unless I want to smell fresh and NOT gouramndy Edit: I realise the perfumes I mentioned aren't gourmands but basically from experience bergamont just kills the perfume. Another huge no no is patchouli unless it's a clean, well blended patchouli.

No, absolutely not! lol I wouldn't consider it a gourmand even though it has some sweetness and vanilla. I still adore Greenwich Village and wear it a lot! xx

I just had THE BEST idea for a richly satisfying April Fool's Day Joke for 2022: talk up a gourmand fragrance with great enthusiasm. I mean, really lose yourself in a high velocity, hyperbolic, frothy purple frenzy of analogies and olfactory descriptions and make sure to include a lot of sighs and eyes-to-the-sky facial expressions to denote the dreamiest, creamiest of sweet revelries. Then when the person's face starts to light up and they offer you their unspoilt, innocent wrist, spray them with Haxan by Parfum Prissana. HAHAHA! :D The recipient's facial expression would surely be the perfect meme of disgust and bafflement. To understand how much fun this prank would be, please read the description below, courtesy of the house itself: "Häxan is an ode to the ancient practices of sorcery, magic, alchemy and witchcraft. It is inspired by Benjamin Christensen’s 1922 seminal film on this subject. The perfume uses over 100 ingredients that are traditionally represented in potions and elixirs associated with these practices. Created as a bespoke perfume for Rajesh Balkrishnan by Prin Lomros, Häxan is a dark witchy fougere style perfume which incorporates dark woody and aromatic elements on a mossy bed representative of the ambience of the smells of places where dark occult ceremonies were conducted.
