Arresting people because they dropped a negative review on products is becoming a trend, it’s just sad.

It's very sad.

Was the arrest just based on the video or also the comment about “killing people’? Unfortunately social media has given voice and visibility to people who do not reason before they talk. While anyone who purchases a product has the right to review it, sensitive matters like what people eat must be done with caution.

Interesting. The comment about "Killing People" was made in the course of a banter with the "Sister" of the brand owner in the comments section. Where she establishes that they were having a banter, such may not qualify as defamation as words said in the course of heated banters necessarily do not amount to defamation. Thank you for watching.

@@lawtorinaija6447 My point exactly. She was not thinking when she made that statement. General rule is to think consequence before speaking or writing. What she did was not a review but ignorance in action. While it is not appropriate to arrest her, her comment on the product was irresponsible.

'tell your brother to stop killing people with his product ' is not a review, or just a 'banter with his sister ' as you claim. That so-called 'banter' was done under the comment of the original post. So putting context and tone into understanding, you can tell who by 'the brother ' she was referring to. You're being strawman. Erisco acknowledged they have no issues with her original statement. However, their issues was were she admitted to wanting to spoil the product, and also claiming the product is killing people. Lastly, the product itself was a spread. Like ketchup, jam , etc.
