Erissa is the most Unthreatening Dark Rider | Star Stable Mainstory

SSO has no good writers apparently because the mainstory is hot garbage.
Are we really supposed to be scared when this child comes out of nowhere and immediately tells us who she is? Completely no mystery whatsoever and I love how the dark riders just let us hang out with them while they summon Darko and we do nothing lmao
It is literally so rediculous then they just send us to Cape Sorrow. Nothing happens, we don't get injured or have to figure out how to get off the island, we use no brain cells just call for pickup lol
Erissa should've just been an adult and she should've been the purple dark rider. Chaos magic. Pandaria. Make her like that. A child with a clown outfit lookin like she wear modern clothes is just rediculous when she's apparently been locked away for a long time. We should've gotten an older queenie with dark purple robes on and she could've been all sorceress looking. And she could blast purple chaos blasts at us or something. And what is chaotic about Erissa? We see dolls and she can make stuff float. Wow. Real scary. Idk man I just think this was the completely wrong vibe and wrong choice. They keep making things so easy for their child audience when most of the players are like at least 9+... teenagers and young adults LOL
Also why does Erissa get to be cute with long eyelashes and nice freckles and a nice nose, good proportions and an actual DECENT skinny bodytype? But then we still look like a blown up toddler... thanks for that, design team.

mm yes i love waiting months for 20m worth of quests, that's if we're lucky. Erissa is so goofy bro and the storyline is so sporadic. The last batch of quests, that giant whirlwind was unleashed and now it's seemingly ignored in this batch even though they obviously made a big deal about it. The entire storyline should just be trashed tbh

Why did they make the 4th dark rider a fucking 12 year old? This game has really gone down hill since the pandemic, and it’s really sad to see because this game used to be so engaging. And now it’s just click through dialogue for the quests. And with all of the changes they’ve made to the start of game the story doesn’t make sense anymore and the mystery behind the magic doesn’t exist anymore either.

IKR EXACTLY -- The lore used to be so full of mystery now everything is just shoved in our faces and doesn't require us to think or question things. The magic is gone. It's so so sad. Because I want so much for the lore to be good and for the game to be interesting, but the writers clearly have no idea what they're doing.

I just feel like nothing fits together anymore . Time goes so long between the update we forget what happened and it seems like they forgot too lol. Like so many things just seem forgotten or thrown away with no explanation

Youguys arnet understanding, what erissa did in that race is not just ''tricks'', she can play with fucking reality. Its like a game to her, and the fact she brought fucking darco back from the chaos realm is just insane, and another thing, darko thinks he was just defeating alex but that was ages ago, and since he was in the chaos realm maybe he was there but unconcious or just doesnt remember? alot of stuff coulda happened. and the prophecy at the end was inasne, garnok got onto jorvik, yall jus aint think it thru

I disagree for several reasons, and I wil explain my reasoning to your arguments. 1. She brought Darco back - Any other character could've done that. Mr Sands can literally make portals, Sabine can just smash a magic tree with a hammer, or whatever, I'm sure if the plot wanted to, SSO could make any dark rider do anything. Hell, they had the light ceremony book, they could even find a way to make a keystone to send themselves to the chaos realm if they wanted. But using a magic chaos child to just magically summon him feels like a lame cop-out when they could have went about it in a lot more of an interesting way. 2. Erissa is a child - Who wants to fight a child? It feels wrong to me, considering our characters are supposed to be 18 years old (around the same age as the rest of the soul riders) which means we're essentially a young adult that has to fight a child. It's lame. 3. The "prophecy" feels shoehorned in - We always knew we are supposed to work with the soul riders to defeat garnok. Them inserting a dream sequence and erissa's character model floating randomly amongst tenticles was so awkward to watch... They should have made art for it instead or better yet, not done it at all. Erissa and her powers I think should have been kept a lot more of a mystery. I might remind you, she didn't even try to hurt us the entire time. All she did was make us chase her and then we got sent to an island. The dark core didn't try to attack us at all. They just let us watch. Don't you think that's very odd and awkward?

No, sabine and the others cannot just magically bring darco back, i assure you they would have tried no matter what Mr sands wouldve said, they are definetly over him, Yes they had the light ceremony book, but they were waiting for the moment to use it. No the could not keystone themselves to the Chaos Realm. from what darco says you are unconcious there and dont remember anything that happened, so there is no point in doing it in the first place, as you would gain nothing. 2. Yes she is a child, '' who wants to fight a child?'' shes a child as we saw so people will think shes just a cutesy little child, until she quite litterally obliterates them into the nothing. Yes she has the form of a child but in reality she is many years older. Like doctor who for example, he has the look of a 20 year old, in reality hes much much older than that. 3. The prophecy is what was always meant to happen. alot of us saw it coming, inserting the dream sequence in the beggning quests. is a mere addition to get new players more invested in the storyline quicker. I know youre talking about the dream sequence in the end which wasnt even a dream, it was a vision (Us finally using lindas powers showing how we behold all of the soulriders powers) And she intentionally made us chase her, so she could send us to the island. lure us away from devils gap so they can continue whatever plan they have.

Also like I’m mad sso has still not updated all the story Characters, like Avalon, Darko and Mr sands you have gen 1 graphics next to what we have now like how can sso just…think it’s okay I get it takes time…..but if they could spit out a horse each month (like they used to) with new animations they can do that for NPC models….but yeah this character is just…she’s written like all the new dark riders tbh…there dialogue feels like they are trying to hard to prove to us that there evil and mean! but at the same time worshiping them on there social media but there’s so little to the characters that there’s idk this story just feels like a bunch of nothing now and it’s sad! Also I know the dolls are supposed to be like this “cute iconic mascot thing” that they want us to make irl but I hate them….lol
