Lack of money is not the problem, more money and higher salaries is not the solution, more money simply means they can leave Eritrea quicker, and less means they need to stay and work harder in order to pay the smugglers. The problem is mandatory military service and big government, everything is state owned in Eritrea, the solution is one radical change which is down with the dictatorship then slow changes with a small and conservative government.
