Well, there is a difference between Algeris and Pretoria. The Algeris agreement is between two countries while the Pretoria is internal matter between a Killil and the federal government. Therefore, the Algeris agreement is a done deal and all it needs to happen is physical demarcation. And it needs to happen because no one has a clue where Ethiopia is heading.
