ERP Means Enterprise Resource Planning . It refers to the systems and software packages used by organizations to manage business activities, such as HR/Production /Materials Management etc.
There are numerous ERP packages available. Example- SAP/Oracle/Tally etc.
A company can select a ERP according to their functional requirements.

All planning and executions ( Transactions)are carried through ERP.
