A very nice explanation given by Krishank. I come from the road construction industry and the Work Break Downstructure discussed for the project and its task was quite informative. I would appreciate if further videos can be made on using Sales Order and BOMs for costing the construction project and its tasks. Not all the time do we allocate cost of raw materials like cement and steel as a whole. For example when we use M30 concrete we will be using the aggregates and cement in certain proportions. This could be better done through BOMs i guess.

Sometimes, Earthmoving Machinerires and Wages are paid on rate basis such as ₹ 'x'/meter of work completed. In such cases, how do we track project status. Percentage of work completed also needs to be tracked on UOM of work completed. For example, 1 kms out of 100 kms road work task should translate to 1% of work completed. How do we go about tracking it in this manner.
