How would you organize a 5’ x 3’ garden shed? Tools, fertilizer, umbrella, pillows etc. Oh and it’s plastic so how do I stick hooks and stuff on the interior walls?

Install shelving or a bookcase type situation. Heaviest items on the lowest shelves. Pillows in storage bags on a shelf. Umbrella can stand in corner, or lay on a shelf if space allows. Also, you can indeed screw into plastic but I wouldn’t hang anything of significant weight on it. Possibly consider a large pegboard unit.
