His offense is A+, his chin is at least B+, his speed is a B, his conditioning is a B+, Power B+ his defense is a C-. Overall an excellent and entertaining boxer/puncher/slugger. Spence has been so inactive he would get destroyed. Training Camp for Spence revolves around getting in shape and detoxing from alcohol. Spence was so unprepared for Crawford he made Bud look better than he actually is. Boxing today is a joke. Elite fighters avoid each other and most promoters are broke. They called me hater when I watched boots and said that "he was nothing special" his bout against David Avanesyan which was an old Avanesyan that had been absolutely dominated by Crawford with ease. Secondly I do think that Oritz beats Boots since Ortizs last bout was his first time making 154lbs and his weight cut had been very difficult (but getting better) since his main issue (the whole reason he left 147lbs) was due to how poorly planned weight cuts had given that illness where his protein was breaking down and harming his kidneys. Meaning he had a valid health reason to perform as he did whereas Boots is completely healthy and this was C+ ranked fighter. This should have been a complete shut out.

My issue with Boots was not the flat performances, it was the reason he gave for it. I’m not going to call in a flat on excuse, but his reason was not good. You just became the IBF champion that was ducked by the other champion,which was not his fault. But to have your first title defense in front of you home town should have been great motivation to shine. Not that you couldn’t get up for him because you considered him a bottom tier fighter or you 27 and could no longer make the weight. He’s the one that said he wanted to unify the belts prior to the other champion’s ducking him. Karen is and was a crafty tough Russian,Ukrainian or whichever Eastern Europe country he’s from. They are always very skilled and usually have great amateur perigee. Since they fought before, there would be no speed and power surprises for each of them. Boots talent is off the charts, but his skill and boxing IQ is still resembles a up and coming prospect are you phenomenon, not a season over 30 fight champion. He is strictly winning fights with his speed. size, power and athleticism, not because he is out thinking them. He’s like watching a 20 year old Lebron going up against Steve Nash saying he’s scoring on Nash because he’s out thinking him.
