I watched our Kansas City Symphony play the concerto this past Saturday, with Philippe Quint and our new music director and conductor Matthias Pintscher. A wonderful work full of beautiful moments. I hope it gets many future performances.

Oh WOW! I adore Pintsxher. His Chute d'Etoiles for 2trumpets and much since are some of the greatest new music out there! In Kansas. I didn't know the orchestra there was of that caliber nor that they recognized his fine conducting! I must visit Kansas!
