Hello, thank you for the great resources you post here. Truly appreciated. I’m having issues with ghosting prints or double printing (usually the yellow prints first a few lines of the loaded design and then continues printing the job. I’ve done all I know to resolve the issue but it stops and then restarts when I turn on the printer for another day’s job. Would that be the main board, chip or printhead? I really need your help as I’ve spent alot paying “technicians” to come and fix the printer.

we already tested 1. the printhead 2 the flex 3. the board. there all fine. chip is not yet tested. waiting for spare to arrive. hope it will work for my machine. by the way, thanks for the upload :)

Veo que después de reemplazo de un cabezal y cinta vuelve aparece y se soluciona al encender y reacomodando el flex, qué puede ser no está saliendo ni test o color no hala tints

cuando instalas un cabezal nuevo, se recomieda cambiar tanto cables, como cap, mayormente no chupa tinta cuando ya esta desgastado tu cap. solo cambialo o ajusta tu cap de uso, subiendo mas, desde el menu de tu plotter. si de plano no jala tinta...cambialo y dejalo al nivel que estaba.

My machine does not print nozzle checks, no ink. I tried insert and reinserting flexcable. What might be the problem?

If you have connected the printer head cable properly and still no ink. Then the printer head is likely damaged. Sorry about that. I sincerely hope you have been using the printer head for a while and so have made enough money to cover the loss.

hi , i got error 16 on my xp600 dual head printer,after fixing the flat cable ,no error but NO INK COMES OUT WHEN I DO NOZZLE TEST OR PRINTING ,i change head board and printing again ;my question is about the board (sunyung) how to repair the board ,it must be an ic or fuse that have blown ,is someone knew or have a diagram of the board to repair it

I've bought like 4 xp 600 printer heads and no luck either the heads are crap and plugged up I need help trying to find 2 new heads please

Well they got clogged up and wouldn't get unclogged. So took it off and ran cleaner threw it but when I connected it back I received an error 16 on both original ones and ever since that I bought 4 and they all come clogged. I troubleshoot to see if it's the mother board by disconnecting the heads and everything ran smoothly but once I put the heads on the error 16 comes back

So getting clogged means they come clogged.? Or your left it for a while then they get clogged.? If you bought a new print head and they get clogged immediately on installation then maybe it's bad. But your definition of getting clogged may shed light on the nature of the problem too Sha.

No they came clogged I put them in the same day and tried it out

Have you tried pulling with a syringe to see if ink will come through into the syringe.? If not. Install the print head into the machine and do that first. If ink is coming out just fine. Then we're looking at an electronic clog here. If you need help with this trouble shoot. You can send me a Whatsapp message. (By the way Whatsapp consultation is a PAID service. It's not free. i have had this problem before,board will behave normall without printhead(known good printhead) and when you connect both you get error 16 second i have when you do nozzle test it comes out faded...still with a known good printhead

Not sure the print head is okay then. Some printer heads are refurbished.

My flatbed moves as it should. I have purchase another print board and 5 printheads. Four of which are refurbished from eBay. I got the last printhead from an Epson printer untested. but still didn't work..

I suggest you test the print heads in another machine and see.

Either the long white cable that links the head board and the mainboard or it's the head board. Link fail is your machine saying I can't see the head board.
