Heavy Duty Tube Mill with Flying Friction Saw Cut-off for Tube sizes up to 127 mm OD x 6 mm Thickness Maximum Mill Speed : 100 m/min. Compatible for Hot Rolled/Cold Rolled/ Pre Galvanized/High Tensile Steel Coil. Fully Automatic Tube Mill with 400 kW Unitherm make Solid State HF Welder. Suitable for making Round/Square/Rectangular/Oval Tubes and special sections with excellent dimensional and corner radius tolerance.
High Speed Entry Line with Dual Mandrel Uncoiler, Pinch Roll Leveller, Hydraulic Shear & End Welder and Reverse Loop Horizontal Spiral Accumulator.
The entire system is designed in Germany with an active collaboration with M/s Manfred Olk Rohrwerkstechnik GmbH & Co. KG. The Friction Saw Cut-off is advanced and gives minimal burr despite using Friction for cutting the tubes.
