Hello everyone and welcome to my first ever AMV!! I have never done an amv before, but I am very excited to share my first one! I've been getting into anime more as of late, so I thought it would be cool to make an edit for one, and what better one to do than my most recently watched anime, fairy tail ^^
I love all the characters on this show, but Erza Scarlet is on a whole other level. She's an absolute badass, who fights with awesome armors equipped and awesome swords as well. She has some of the most intense fight scenes and she's an incredibly powerful wizard, after watching this video I think you'll see why I like her so much ;)
Editing an anime was quite different from a normal show. There's no surround sound, so I had to work with the normal audio, which means when selecting audio lines, I had to work around both the music and any background noise. It was quite challenging to layer that and the music together, but I think the result came out really well! I hope you'll enjoy this edit as much as I enjoyed making it, this is some of the most fun I've had editing in months, I had to challenge myself to make something as good as I possibly could. This pushed my skills to the limit and made me come up with creative ideas to keep the video more interesting (like zooming in to Ezra's eyes and out to a new scene, or changing her eye color to red in the beginning and end of the video :D)

@@chisa2069 Sorry for replying so late! But yes I'm actually in the works to do a Gray edit. He's my 2nd favorite character and I honestly think he has one of the most interesting story archs in the show, so I'm definitely doing an edit for him ^^

Agreed. The journey she's gone through and how hard she fights for the guild, she's easily my favorite character on the show. One of the better written female characters in anime imo. Bunch of fan service yee but honestly I get used to it after a while XD

It really is one of the best, so glad to see someone just say it's great without any negativity the part where they admit they like it. For example some people would say it's great but then say except for this or that or power of friendship etc. Glad someone can just come out and straight up admit they love the show. I love it as well. I really do not think many other stories have accomplished the emotional link Fairy tail has to me and I have watched a ton of animes. I got so invested in the characters that if they are sad I feel it to, even on some rewatches as well. Truly a remarkable show/story.@@TheWarleader
