A couple companies have a a slip on/attached tongue shoe if you like this style..DC has the modern Kalis and Axion has the Majik

The Axion Majik! Not enough reviews on it and I think it's a dope shoe..Axion has been putting out some great quality products but sadly not many these days know who they are

Hey nice skate sesh at a nice park!! How did the half size up work for you? I'm thinking of sizing up a half size as I have wide feet and a lot of skate shoes are too tight for me around the widest part of my foot.. did you find the half size up ok? Just wore thicker socks?

It was ok for a few weeks, but ultimately, I stopped skating them because they were too big, and it started to bother me. I would not recommend sizing up!

I ended up ordering US10.5/UK9.5, a half size up from my normal US10/UK9, as I was hoping to have some extra room so I could wear good thick sports socks to make my skating more comfortable. However, I could barely even fit my foot in! This was mainly due to the elastic tongue/sock design. Once my foot was in, it was very very snug, but I could literally only get my foot in with bare feet, no socks at all! Seems strange , as my last pair of És (Swift Ever Stitch) fit pretty much perfectly, albeit with regular to thin socks (hence my upsizing the Cykles). So I'm going to have to return these, and am tempted to order a whole size up, i.e. US11/UK10 ...but am concerned these will be excessively long for my feet and I don't want to be skating with big flappy shoes 😄.
