I believe the timer on Espresso-2-Go does not start until you destroy the first stall; The timer in Toughend starts from the get-go. So a strategy I did, in normal mode, was drive past all the stalls and then work my way through them. Mafia dudes had shotguns in my normal game, there were moments where they shot my car so fast, it didn't show any damage so I would explode 5 seconds after driving past. Those guys are not to be messed with, lol. Avoided that neighborhood at all costs. Nice run, though!; I loved that moment where Ben saved the run by reflex-jumping over the hood of the Bait-car and picking them off one by one, completing the mission.

I remember trying to beat the game 100% after I completed the story line, and I couldn't beat the race side mission on the first island because shotgun mafia dudes would destroy me after 4-5 checkpoints.

Amazing run but something that baffles me, you are mentioning they fixed that in original GTA 3 they dont have shotguns but in which versions? i did played the 1.40,1.60 PS2 ones, The latest pc ones and definitive and all have shotguns after you kill salvatore :D. Or it is a reference only for that mission only? as if it is, it probably is right as they are nerfed only during that missions not having shotguns in normal game.

About the Z thing, do Europeans pronounce zebra as zee-bra, zed-bra, or zed-ebra?

well it depends on the country but we definitely are not saying zed-bra or zee-bra. In my country (Czechia) we say it as we see it zebra with no additional accent and that can sometimes be controversial with the most known word/country and that is Niger and i dont think i need to explain it further why it is controversial :D
