GTA III is the only 3d gta that has survived any% purge. Vice city was the first one to sustain heavy any% losses, with the record going bellow 10 mins. San Andreas Followed suit years later when a new glitch was found on the Win10 edition allowing the runner to skip from Ryder directly to End of the Line. This skip made the record have the potential of going as low as sub 60mins. But GTA 3 has survived... even with the substantial glitches and exploites that have been found, none of them are absolutely game breaking.
