there is a literal info on them in netricsa... it says they have implemented "screaming" device in their throats that paralyze "lesser" beings. I guess Sam is not ordinary being.

Actual answer: They have an LCU (Life Control Unit) embedded in them that simulates that screaming. You can see the LCU more clearly in SSHD, BFE, and 4.

back in days he got removed from LBs as his runs were found to be spliced, while being marked by him as single-segment, then he made a statement that it is single-segment because, quote, "it is one video" and said that this arguement comes from SDA definition of single-segment, which he simply read wrong since english is not his first language. Then later he submitted one of his runs to SDA with mard of "single-segment" and in verification process they found it was spliced, so they accepted it as "segmented". Later he did at least one more run in that fashion, I never looked at his runs anymore, I don't care as a moderator. His Doom 3 runs were also found to be splices and got removed from LBs. True story, I'm pretty sure there is whole forum page exists about him in serious sam LBs. Maybe one exists in Doom3 aswell, but I'm not sure, that might've been talked over in discord.

Just looked up, he doesn't seem to be marking them as single-segment anymore, but his runs are still spliced. He has few "livestream" videos published on YT and it takes him at least ~2 times more time to beat whole game TSA/TFE/HD/BFE/Revolution.
