When i made the top Malta was just out i think, didnt had the time to place it in a better place. I still don't like the song much, as you already know all the songs find people that like them or dislike them. If i have to make my top again though Malta goes higher. I didn't like Destiny's song last year as well. She is no Netta

@@ΑντώνηςΜπριλάκης I understand that people have different opinions and likes and dislikes. I also understand that people like different genres of music and therefore would put the style they like best higher. But putting opinions aside and trying to be objective one would realise that some songs are much better than others. Therefore Malta (and others) would score much higher than many other songs with due respect. Of course Destiny is no Netta. She is so much better. Netta would kill to have Destiny' s vocals and versatility.

@@thetruth9494 When people are making their own top, they arent objective, thats the point, the top is ours to make. And to tell you the truth i dont believe that juries are objective either, that's why each person from jury votes differentely. I liked Netta and knew she was going to win, not because objectively was unique and special, but because I saw how special and unique as a persona was without caring or thinking what others think or about being objective, plus i loved her song, I found it different than the other songs. When i say Destiny is no Netta, i mean that for me is no Netta, i don't detect any kind of uniqueness. Her song doesnt speak to me very much, but each song speaks to people, its a matter of taste as you said. Sure i can see that she has talent obviously, but many people do, to be attracted to an entry as a EuroVision fan, it takes more than vocals

@@ΑντώνηςΜπριλάκης True. But I am speaking about what makes a better song. I did not like Netta or her song. Eurovision, in my opinion, has become not a song festival, as it should be, but a "show" festival and people vote for strangeness and something different not for the actual song. For me for example I still believe that Netta "stole" the title from Cyprus as Fuego had so much more power and energy. But Netta stood out in her, I consider silly, theatrics and this is what Eurovision is all about today. Bring on uniqueness, even if that uniqueness is silly and stupid, so that you will stand out. Once upon a time Eurovision was a real song festival, like San Remo is still today and people vote for what they consider in their opinion is the best song delivered by the best singer and the interpreter. After all we listen to music not "see" it. When you hear a song on the radio, you listen to the music, the words, the voice and don't visualize the moves, the costumes or whatever.

@@thetruth9494 I will have to agree with you that EuroVision is not really a song Contest. But personally that's what i love about it, it is a great Show!!! And let me make this clear, people don't vote for just the show, the same way they don't vote just for the song or just for the artist etc Everythink matters in EuroVision not just the song lyrics/message/meaning & music not just the singer vocals, talent, appearence, behaviour and personality, not just the staging not just any other thing that can help you get a great score, but all of the above, every little detail counts. That's why is intersting to find out every year which country tries to do the best in all Areas!! Also : What you call strangeness others might call originality and its a great factor to succed in this competition. Be sure that all the people that voted for Netta, the majority of the voters that is, didnt vote it because they thought her song was strange and silly, obviously that is the different point of view of the people that wouldn't vote for the song or the artist. PS : Also Fuego as a song was not something unique and special, but Eleni was as an artist, the staging was perfect, the camera angles the right ones so that people could see all that beauty on stage they way it was suppose to, thats why you could feel the energy and the power, even how she was dressed made that possible. They worked on everything and helped the song, because if it was a radio song contest and you could vote only for the song, then i doubt Fuego would be in 2nd place.
