Escabeche Espesyal | Tilapia Escabeche (simple easy delicious)

these are the ingredients:
2 pcs. tilapia
8 cloves garlic, chopped
1 large onion
2 thumbs ginger, julienne cut
1 pc. carrot, julienne cut
1 pc. large red bell pepper
3 pcs. finger chili, julienne cut
1/3 cup ketchup
3 tbsp. soy sauce
5 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 tsp. chicken powder or any bouillon 1/4 only
3 1/4 tbsp. sugar
3/4 cup water
3/4 tbsp. cornstarch dilluted in 2 tbsp. water
