Better: ignore the "password guy" outside, enter the village through the entrance right of him and go to the end of the street. If you fire a heavy weapon there, no alarm will be raised but the gate behind the market and the priboy building will be openened by the guards. If I instantly drop all weapons after this, I can make it in 1:33.

In Prison Escape: alert the first guard outside your cell, then hide. He will start walking around and at a moment open another empty cell which are usually all locked. No idea what's the reason for this.

Medicinal syringes are no secret. They are available in all three areas, although only one item each. Even if you are playing in stealtch mode, the one from the prison is the most useful, especially in the helicopter mission. There is another secret in the Libyan Rendezvous mission. Not far from this building that you can enter using a bug in the game is this orange wall. In some place you could theoretically jump on it, but you can't do it becausethere is an another but invisible wall and only when you use the super jump mod you can jump on this wall and see that Jones is walking in the air.

If you mean Socom laser you can activate it with your secondary attack key, if you mean the laser designator you can always use it but it's to lock on SAMs for the air attack, not as weapon.

Yupp in IGI 1 if you want you can complete some missions without firing a single bullet , on the other hand IGI 2 you have to kill dozens of enemies , they can spot you from long distance ( total nonsense )
