The only reason why you see the light of the Pleiades star cluster’s seven brightest Stars is because the energy the star is emitting is surrounded by and being reflected off of carbon atoms (microscopic diamonds) which make up a huge bulk of the interstellar medium that all stars exist within, the actual space between stars, planets, and other objects in the universe .
