Same, my son can't get into the vent in the bathroom???

You have to start from the wall of and sprint into the stall then jump and while midair you crouch to fit inside the vent.

Can’t get the bathroom part on switch. Pc could but still struggled to get in. Had to go to the top left corner and once it stops twitching, crouch and you can get in. It’s just a lot of work.
