The thing is, it is more than $250 due to tax. It is more like $300. I did buy the EOD Edition back in 2016, but the conversion rate bugged (it showed the £ being worth way more than it actually was) and I got it for $63. I have something like 3,000 hours on EFT, so I got my $60 worth, but I never did get my in-game alpha armband despite playing the alpha a whole year before the game went into closed beta. I tried contacting support about it, but they told me to stop wasting their time. If you didn't get the alpha armband, it means you didn't buy the game by 2017. I sent them a screenshot of my receipt for the game that says I purchased it on June 1st, 2016. They immediately closed my ticket and blacklisted my email 😂🤣💀

It's more than $250, because they don't include taxes in the display price, but you can't see the final price unless you create an account on their site. So everyone says that it's $250, when it's actually more like $300-350 after taxes, depending on your region. @@anonimus370 Incursion Red River, which was previously in development under the name Project Quarantine as a standalone tarkov coop experience for 2 years or so (and then got rebuilt from the ground up in the past months - one of the first announced titles). BSG only saw that it sells and decided to quickly put together a coop mode as well and sell it absolutely overpriced - sole reason IRR exists is because they went from "we'll make a coop mode later for everyone" to "we won't make a coop mode", Incursion released for 13$ and is now like 16.50 without the release sale in pre-alpha, absolutely solid title for coop even tho still missing a lot given it's state obviously. Also the IRR team supports modding, which already is a huge step up, a few smaller mods already released, not sure if anything big will release before the actual medic system (or an early adaptation for it) is going to get an official release tho.

Slight correction, the SPT ( Single Plater Tarkov ) mod is single player only, there is no coop. You connect to a virtual server on your own machine that you have to start first in order to be able to play. You are risking nothing with it, ( Klean literally plays it on twitch lol ) its in a whole separate folder and you must have the original game for it to work. It needs an installed LIVE version but it copies it over to a different folder ( drive if you want ) therefore does not modify anything in your live forlder.

It's extremely customizable, some of the AI mod is really fun to play around with, you can add and remove stuff at your pleasure, mods like the realism mod makes it a lot more punishing than Live ever been and it fixes a lot of neglected issues with the game. Let them kids play with the cheaters frothing from the mouth I really coudlnt care less lol Also with the installer its not tat difficult to make it work even they could do it lol. Just drop the .exe into the folder you want to install SPT to and press enter, wait 5 mins then play.

I am so glad you made this video. Literally just yesterday I was thinking about Tarkov. I stopped playing a few years back. Right before Lighthouse came out. I think a big part of it was that I started playing with some friends, and they were taking it really seriously. We started building the bases and going for high ticket items and missions. But I kind of just liked having fun with the game. Before I got them into it, I wasn't rich, but I was loving it. Then streamers were beating the entire thing in a weak, so they started raising the requirements for everything, and I felt like I was no longer making progress. And they kept talking about the new map, but weren't releasing it because we needed vest #294. And just a whole list of things I was getting tired of But I thought maybe I could have some fun with it again. See what's up... Now I've lost interest. Meanwhile, I've played quite a bit of Arena Breakout on my phone. It did feel like just the mobile Tarkov. So if they can make a good PC version, I'm down for supporting them.

something you forgot to mention the part were landmark was talking about the ''unique'' part of the text they also changed the wording of the DLC part Free access to all subsequent DLC (Season pass) and it USED to be Free access to all subsequent DLC (Season pass) SUCH AS EFT ARENA. this change from what i can tell means that if you buy the 250$ pack you dont even get access to arena (which is a bad game but still)

What makes his statement moronic is that it's not even a unique feature. They added training/offline coop raids around 2 years ago IIRC, but with no progression. They literally added couple of lines of code here to add progression to an already existing few years old mode.

@@Adam14319 it has a few small issues out of the box, but with a couple mods (sain+donuts, looting bots and a few others) it offers a good experience. I use a customized version of the docker image they have on github hosted on a truenas box in my house that friends and I have played on for a few months when we got tired of hackers & those with more time to play on tarkov live and its been as good if not a better experience than live.

Sad part is, BSG probably has a record of some kind for the sheer proportion of its community that purchased the bigger edition of their game. You can't go a single raid without finding at least half the lobby having gold names because they're EOD owners. It's usually more rare to find somebody that DOESN'T have it... To have a community willing to drop over double the price of a normal AAA game on your product and then pull a stunt like this is so laughably absurd that it wouldn't have even been out of place as an April Fools joke just three weeks ago.

As long as you don't stream SPT or save it to the same folder as LIVE EFT (which idk why you'd have installed at this point) they wont ban you as its a separate download of eft and doesn't connect to their servers edit: I also feel like editing what a past edition gets the user sets them up for a lawsuit as players aren't getting what they bought into...
