You need to open the server up everytime you want to play SPT. This is like hosting Tarkov in your PC!

I appreciate you so much its not even funny. Ive played over 3000 hours of tarkov, and Ive watched videos on it since it hit the market. I get very sad when I see whats become of the game, and I cannot take the bullshit that comes with the game anymore. I pray one day tarkov will come back to its former glory and fun

in the SPT folder run the "aki.server.exe" it'll say something along the lines of good to go or ready to launch i cant remember but after just launch "aki.launcher.exe" then you create an account and done. dont close the server and have both minimized. also dont launch the actual BSG launcher while the aki server is up, it used to be how you get banned

You need to have the Tarkov installed in order for you to run SPT! So make sure not to delete it before installing.

You are getting an error when you try to run the SPT Installer? Make sure you make tarkov installed/updated and if that doesn't work maybe try to redownload the install.

No, you do not have to copy the original file into the SPT folder. To play original multiplayer Tarkov make sure you close all SPT folders and applications like the server or launcher and open the regular BSG launcher

Yup just like @D3athmooman said, you do not need to copy paste the original Tarkov files. Just make sure to close the spt server and the launcher before opening the Battlestate Games launcher!

@@johnlocke4715 Yes there are AI PMCs, I think they had arm bands 100% of the time unless it was a mod.. Your "save file" is under user/profile which you can always save for backup!

No. You have to wait for them to be updated to 3.8.1 before they work properly

Just make you close your spt server and the launcher before you play normal tarkov and you should be fine!

Try reinstalling the SPTinstaller. I don't know what's happening but I hear this is on going issue for some people.

Do you know any solution to the infinite loading screen? I never had any issue playing SPT until tonight. I couldn't extract, meanwhile my friends were able to do it just fine. I just reinstalled SPT and Tarkov, but I'm stuck on the loading screen before the main menu. I tried looking on the web, but it just does not want to work.

@@SimpleSlime so when I got back, playing SPT, we never had any issues. I’m playing with more people and they just downloaded it yesterday and everything works fine. So when I die or when I extract and the free-movement camera shows up and I’m able to freely move the camera, but as soon when everyone is ready to full extract, you would have to press F8 to extract fully and everytime when I did that, my screen would just be black with the words, “Press F8 to extract” like its just stuck. So I redownloaded everything, from scratch and put in my old user profile and my friend is hosting the server, so I start up SPT, my screen would just be infinitely loading before the main menu now. Idk why only I’m being affected.

The air isn’t as cracked as they are in pve are they? I honestly felt like pvp Tarkov was easier besides the cheaters. I still want a bit of a challenge still but I don’t want bots lasering me from across the map when I’m prone in a well hidden position.

You can downgrade your launcher. But it's pain in the butt. You just probably just wait for the SPT to have an update since they update very frequently and quick.

"no wipes, no hackers, and no pay to win" I launched SPT with EOD edition selected coming from a regular account, it's pretty astonishing how much shit they get for being a now no longer able to be purchased tier. Unheard is even worse though...

They took away EOD, so if people wants to play PVE, you now have to buy the Unheard which is way too expensive imo...

@@SimpleSlime unheard edition is way too expensive for an exclusive game mode. But it's also crazy the difference in starting gear you're able to get between different editions. Beginning of a wipe and you can have a full stash versus a base game you get like 2 M4s, 2 MP5s and a couple pistols. Or you can get the unheard and start with 2 scoped fully set up rifles.

You CANNOT delete tarkov after spt is done downloading! Unfortunately, you need to have both of them downloaded to work.
