This was the first movie I ever saw by myself in the theater when I was 12. And 12 yo me liked it. Tho I haven't watched it since, if nothing else I have a lot of nostalgia for it. I even came home after seeing it trying to figure out how to build a robot of myself! 😛

They said that astronaut suits were modeled after Knight armor for the collapsable parts of their joints of the suits to the ones that Knights had. The gloves of astronauts compared to metal gauntlets.
