I figured it out a different way and got a different answer and still got the wining sound…..

We got stuck on the decoder section of part 1. Using J = M just lead to a bunch of gibberish. We ultimately just assumed that one 3 letter word was “the” and secoded from there.

I just played this and got similarly hung up for a moment. J=M is the ENCODING therefore M=J is the decode key.

But how do you know what colot went in which card holder? I just played this with 2 people and we couldn't figure this one out
