i think you have installed your python in another location ......... the sol is that uninstall your python and install it in default location C:// and remember to tick the option of add path while installing it ....... i was also facing it but now it is solved......!!!

print("hello \"world\" world") it is not work in any "IDE" but it is work in python shell check it and here he use linux cmd line with python shell so it is work. so don't say any one he is wrong first check properly then tell he is wrong or rig and it is work in pycharm
