Hi there, really good video thank you. Just a question about the gears. When you are using the five different assist levels do you also go through the gears at the same time or have you pretty well left it in the same gear all the time ? I guess if you were going up a very steep incline you would have to put it into 2nd pr 3rd gear and on 5 level assist. Thanks in advance.

You can change gear as and when and it just assists you no matter the gear ☺️

I am hesitating between the Eleglide citycrosser and the m1 plus. The m1 plus seems to do both what the citycrosser does plus some extra-urban. Any advice pls?

Hi Andrew I guess it depends what your main use is going to be ? . I’ve not ridden a citycrosser but the M1 plus is fantastic for the money

Hi there! Could you do me a HUGE favor and share with me the default factory settings for the bike? Eleglide 'support' seems to be to unable to do so for some strange reason... + and - at the same time to open configuration at P0.1 which is lcd backlight. P0.8 is in the manual as the assistance speed limit which I was changing ( on the go ) and it's most likely I would have changed P0.7 which is magnets per wheel rotation. But I'm not sure, so all settings would be appreciated!
