The Tenant is my second favorite entity after the Whispering Wyrm, I think his appearance or design is quite bizarre but at the same time cool. He basically looks like one of those characters of the Cool 3D World multimedia studio created by digital artists Brian Tessler and Jon Baken.

It spawns leeches to trap the player

Releases stench so all the smelling monsters (centipede and tendant himself) can track you (and custom you can add smelling ability to the other monsters)
