Delighted they found their dream home. The only thing that could have made it better was if there had been 2 bedrooms in the main house and 3 bedrooms in the annex. It's highly likely that the young family would expand in the future and would have need of a further bedroom. The son seemed quite handy, so maybe he would be able to create that.
