Tampa, Seffner, and Plant City in Hillsborough County, FL all have low income areas. Tampa is strong on crime. Being a port, Homeland Security is everywhere. Seffner is known as Methner. Residential and small, auto shops. Plant City is the strawberry capital. Lots of migrant workers. BONUS: Plant City shares the county line with Polk County aka Sheriff Grady Judd territory. (I can attest to all of this because I've lived in Hillsborough County, FL for most of my 50 years)

It’s the strangest thing ever! According to a local law enforcement officer I was connected with through another source, an intelligence agency sent a field agent from a San Antonio office to document the scene for maybe 15 minutes. When asked if the agent wanted to provide their contact information for updates, they said they already had everything other agencies had. They haven’t seen the agent since but they’re there. Seems to be more of a digital presence it’s rather strange. The local cop never saw something like that.
