@@Chazorian I liked the 2.0 tracks more than the original album. This song was the best in my opinion. I do believe I heard an interview where Craig said that they wrote a title track but for whatever reason it did not make the album. I remember hearing this somewhere when the original album came out

I miss the era where all these bands and this sound was more mainstream. Basically warped tour era. I’ll still enjoy it forever but it used to feel like a real belonging and huge culture with press coverage, constant tours by every band with huge stacked lineups; etc etc. Idk what happened to the culture or the world or society but I guess time just moves on. This song is amazing and really brings me back to about 10 years ago. The world and life was way simpler! And all I did was watch band interviews and take the train to NYC to see shows like twice a month Thanks for still making music escape the fate!

Some powerful lyrics on this song. Honestly made me tear up, because i can relate right now. I felt all of the emotion craig put into the song. I'm just sad that this song never made the initial album. It really is an amazing song.

Out of the Shadows, Unsatified, Wieght of the World, Half Breed and animal are my faves! Cant believe none of these made it on the original album! This whole album is great. Only issue is i wish the songs were longer lol. Thanks for this release ETF!

These new singles aren't terrible aside from Dearly Departed. Honestly, hearing the first songs on the album that I'm not referring to as "the ones just released" I would have expected something like Ungrateful or This War is Ours. I've been an Italian fan of the band since I discovered I am human.

I really expected more riff's, powerful break downs, powerful guitar solos, harmonized intros, screams and riff's playing at the same time while the drums make rhythm changes, without so much synth and artificial rhythms, "Hate me" was the last one, I think it was The last thing, what is now is not bad, everything changes at some point but, this is no longer "Escape the fate" it is something new, and it does not fit my tastes 🤙

They said they were going for an emo theme on this album when they announced it, and most of the songs on the album fit into that theme, emo songs didn't really have screams alot, some had them in the bridge like they did in this song, but they weren't all over the place like metalcore

Honestly this song reminds me of the “this war is ours era” very much so I’m not sure what you’re upset about. In fact the whole album does (And I’ve been hugely disappointed and a critic with bands “selling out” so I’m not just some blind fan).
