Hey, I wanted to tell you that your videos make me feel less lonely, I'm currently trying to survive the winter in Poland, I had a lot of hard times at the end of the summer, now I'm trying but it's still a bit of a mess;) thank you for sharing your feelings and experiences

Been catching your videos here and there, your sincerity and honesty is something that feels very good to see, thank you for sharing yourself the way you do~ I too struggle with feeling able to take up space and having boundaries that I keep not with-holding, but it's getting better. I wanted to recommend the book Stop People Pleasing by Hailey Magee, it's been an absolute paradigm shift in mental approach to how I treat myself in relation to others, perhaps it could serve you too, who knows ✨
