Fun Fact: canonically, the entire series takes place on the same night. As we saw after completing the first night, time went backwards as Flumpty is able to control both time and space, which is why each game has different mechanics and location. Also, none of the previous games actually ended at 6AM; the 1st game ended with "Ham" while the 2nd ended with "Spam".

I always thought Golden Flumpty was something special. But in this game he shows up in the first tamer night, and then gets brutally murdered by Flumpty like the rest in the second night. It made me realize that Golden Flumpty was nothing more then a joke made by Flumpty to humor himself. Makes the omnipresent Mr. Dumpty seem much more *horrifying* to me.

In the original plans for One Week at Flumpty's (which was much more story-focused), Golden Flumpty was supposed to be the overarching villain. When Jono returned to make ONaF 3, he decided to make the original Flumpty the big bad again, and throw most of the planned lore out the window in favor of just having fun, like the first two games. The closest thing to "lore" is the fact that none of the games end with 6 AM (always some kind of joke) until ONaF 3 Hard Boiled mode, which is when you finally reach 6 AM and escape.

Someone told me that the credits are the pictures of the crew in their final moments before flumpy killed them all.
