As a European fan, I was so confused on what the hell that grimace stuff is. I had to do some googling lol, it seems to be a new character introduced by McDonalds and was not intended to be responsible for "murder", but in true Gen Z fashion people started a trend of them buying that shake, drinking it and then cutting to a shot of them passed out/ dead or vomiting purple goo. Apparantly that drink and promotion is only available in America.
