I know a guy who literally does 3 videos per day. Every day. Without fail. It's the most streamlined workflow in the world. He literally just reads crazy news stories people email to him and he offers his commentary on them while reading through them on printed paper he printed. He sits in the same place and there's the same background. He comes up with the title and thumbnail AFTER he makes the video and the thumbnail? I NEVER changes. It's just the headline in giant text right over a screen grab from the video itself. Every thumbnail looks EXACTLY the same. Just different words. Dude has 420k subscribers. He told me that the key to success is just massive production. Put out as much stuff as possible in the shortest amount of time. He says it literally takes him less than 10 minutes to edit the video. His entire workflow is 40 minutes per video. From hitting record to hitting publish. 40 minutes. He does 3 per day. Starts at 7am and then kicks off by 10am at the latest. The only exception is if he has a vacation coming up. Then he does 6 per day so that he can schedule 3 per day in advance for each day he'll be on vacation. Bro just built a brand new house CASH from the money he made from KZbin ads. The grass isn't even in yet. I know because we had this whole discussion about his workflow in that new house. I can't even imagine working like that. But it works well for him. VERY well. As they say... "Quantity has a Quality all its own."
