When you first showed the locked gate . I thought oh my what have you two boys gotten yourselves in to. Then you showed the broken down cooking oven, and the hallowed out house. My thoughts were oh Peter what you get Tommy into Then you showed the house and property. I thought oh my what a beautiful little jem you boys found. The privacy you have there made it perfect. That little town was so cute. Hope the people were as nice as the town looked. Thanks guys for taking us along with you. On another fantastic vacation.

Beautiful little house and private beach! My kind of place! The narrow streets took me back to when my husband and I lived in Japan. My husband is retired from the Navy and we were stationed in Sasebo Japan for 3 years. I hated driving on the narrow, busy streets, but enjoyed the overall, probably one in a lifetime experience! Oh Greece, Greece, Greece. That was on my bucket list. To stand on that land where there is so much history. Those look like resurrection lilies. The flower comes up after the leaves die down. “The Correls in Corfu” made the island so primitive. That looked nice.

There was a lot of space for romantic moments on the property and the beach, so nice 😊 We've never had a problem with us being gay on our vacations (but we don't show much affection in public), it seems relatively accepting everywhere in these summer destinations or it's the fact that people in Europe generally don't care about you 😁

Amazing video guys!!! The house, far from civilization as you like, perfect and all the nature around in its maximum splendor. But what is really captivating is that direct and private access to the sea ( Ionian?). That's priceless. And the city with traces of Venezian, French and British cultures, very picturesque. The house was just perfect for us! We absolutely loved it. No neighbors, no noise, it was almost like living off the grid. The private beach was an amazing bonus. We've never experienced something like that before. If only we could have our own beach on every vacation 😊 It was indeed the Ionian sea, well done! Next time Peter makes me angry, I will not pick up the phone and keep him in the square 😁

Corfu looks like an excellent destination to escape cool weather in Brno. The video of the stairs down to the beach made it look as if the beach were 20 meters below--but I'm sure it wasn't that far down.

It is a great destination. And just 1.5 hours long flight from us. The beach might have been even more than 20 meters below, there were big cliffs so your estimate could be correct.

You must try to watch a television series called The Durrells in Corfu. It may be available on KZbin. It's about the escapades and antics of a British family moving to Corfu in the mid 1930's. Public TV in the USA showed the series a few years ago and I never missed an episode.

Not very expensive but depends on where you are from and how much money are you used to spend on vacation. For example for Americans it would be quite cheap.
