[ASMR] Progressive Muscle Relaxation & Scalp Massage for Sleep // soothing music

This is a relaxation treatment and sleep induction roleplay featuring assisted progressive muscle relaxation which I encourage you to actively participate in, it's important to take care of your body and can help with falling asleep as well as make the personal attention in this video feel, well, personal. At the end there's a scalp massage for an intense shower of tingles getting you ready for a good night's rest. This is also the first video of my bokeh relaxation series, featuring mostly bokeh which I am head over heels obsessed with (it's ok, I don't need help, it's a happy madness) but the point is a simple, dynamic background that invites immersion, dreaming and fantasy and grants me more freedom in creating a better binaural soundscape.
