Another ram good video. I purchased a 2.5 after your first review and I loved it so much I bought the black&orange one right when it came out, I always have a couple folding knives on me but this quickly became my go to knife

This makes alot of sense to me. The most useful knife in the house (excluding my knives) is the kitchen paring knife. It can handle 99.99 % of every cutting job you need to do. Large handle small easy to control blade. I'm sold.

Funny looking lap dog. Nice knife. Truth is I prefer using a smaller knife like a SAK size knife for many tasks. This knife takes that role size and comfort wise, but beefier and safer.

We have a couple bird and trout/puuko style knives in the kitchen that I love, and have been thinking it appropriate for EDC and camping tasks. Also my Mora 106 is really nice, same basic size. Just enough knife for almost everything, unless you're chopping or splitting. I tried Izula for EDC but found the thickness unnecessary if not detrimental.

The little ESSE knife has come a long way. The Go Pro 6 the picture quality is awesome, is the camera a 4K.

I didn't film this in 4k because youtube doesn't support 4k as far as I know, and my other hardware probably doesn't either, but it is still a much higher quality 1080p that my phone.

Video quality is excellent, yes, it's better than your ones with the older camera. Patton must have had a hard night. You need to lock your liquor cabinet. I think a link to a good place to buy the knife, and approx price points (for all knife reviews) would be good to have, too. :-)

Not yet, i think i have skinned a squirrel and cleaned bluegill with it. Imho i like a much thinner edge for deer if i have the choice.

Luis Gonzalez it was advertised as being true scandi, it wasnt, it was kinda a pain to sharpen, and the icing on the cake was that my buddies stainless gas station schrade held an edge better while skinning out a frozen buck... i probably got one with crap ht. Idk
