People keep asking, the 1300 dollars was because Initially couldn’t make the raid because I was doing a Spotify event in New York during the raid time. The raid time got pushed back for a few reasons so I barely slept the last few days because even though I was going to go as Ret I said I’m going to go as holy because half of our healers had never done a raid in WoW before so I was worried that we needed more healing and I had no healing gear so I had to work to get everything. So the 1300 dollars came from changing my flight to the next day (-400 something dollars wtf), getting hotel an extra night (-500 something dollars WTF), and then renting out that streaming booth in some gamer bar in NYC (-300 something dollars WTF?????) but I didn’t want to not make it and worst case scenario shit hits the fan and people die and I’m not there it would just feel bad and I had just done that Spotify event sponsor so yeah… also this comment is so scatter brained because I also slept 3 hours ago and am exhausted see you guys on stream soon gtarp is coming back lol

@@OGKZbinEnjoyer Watch the healing meter right after Esfand used LoH. He shot up from 3.3k to 9.3k. Yes there was overlap with someone else's but it was in-fact his LoH. Either way, 1 sec later for either of them and Miz would have died, so good on both of the two paladins who used LoH. Esfand was just faster, thus he was in fact better.

Amazing job, so proud of these guys. They came over prepared and executed each boss fight to its strategy, this is why it was so easy. On top of the end game patch and them melting the bosses, its the execution and preparedness that made this such a treat to watch to their success.

Who is the raid leader in this raid? Dude's way too high-strung, and you can see that spill into their raid. They get real panicky on certain pulls. No understanding of staying calm and quiet, which is critical in those situations, especially on hardcore. Also, this is really wild to see as someone who raided through all of this content back in the 2005-2006 Vanilla era. All of this content was way, way harder back then for some of the reasons you mention at the end of this video, Esfand, and because of that we had to be super clean on our setups, pulls, CC, dispelling, and general strategy. The content wasn't nerfed at that point, nor were certain items buffed/fixed, nor did we have access to ZG and AQ 20 during MC, etc. It was also more difficult since there was no KZbin, limited known resources, etc. We would talk to other raiding guilds to learn things on that cutting edge of content. It's also worth noting that our computer hardware was just primitive compared to now, which added another layer of difficulty. Don't get me wrong - I love seeing these raids go well and people having fun, as that's what WoW raiding should be all about. It's what WoW retail fails to achieve nowadays, and for some years, due to excessive layering of mechanics, addons, and scripted fights.

Almost no one was doing MC in full world buffs back in 2019 so not really surprised on that front. However, raiding with people that never did the fights, especially the raid leader, is a red flag to me and you can tell with the lot of unnecessary stress if you look at Soda panicking for no reasons. BWL will be the real test.
