I remember the days of the "County Borough of Eastbourne Fire Brigade." Yes, a long time ago but that's where I started my career with the fire service. And we didn't have such a fancy fire station, it was an old council shed. Thanks for a great video.

Thank you for doing this. My son is 5 and he asks every time we drive past if we can come in and look. He also asks if there is a lady firefighter and I always say I don't know so hes over the moon to see there is. He was as surprised as I was to see how big it is in there! Much bigger than it looks from the front. Very informative thank you. You have made my boy very very happy with this video.

Jane B's son is my grandson. He is so intelligent. He has all the firefighter gear, gas cylinders (not real ones, obviously), the lot, and loves to dress up as a firefighter. On top of that he will create a scene from his Playmobile and Lego, and commentate on everything that he is doing. This video made it all real to him. Made his day. Thank you.
