I realised it and communicated it to the employee (wearing a value chain) of the hotel. 4. They informed it to the stakeholders for their interest and response. 5. Stakeholders communicated with respected human rights(HR) staff and offered promotion. 6. HR staff visited the environment. 7. Somehow matter got leaked, public and regulators got the news. 8. News affected the growth of the hotel and equity prices fell down. 9. Hence valuable consumers lost their trust over the hotel
