In option d.... cola colored urine is given which indicates hematuria... and hematuria is seen in nephritic syndrome not in nephrotic syndrome... in nephrotic syndrome massive proteinuria is hallmark 😊 For detailed explanation wait for few days... ​​@@anilchaudhary2896according to you hypertension doesn't occur in nephrotic syndrome?? In nephrotic syndrome hypertension is more common than hypotension. Hypotension is a late and less common complication of nephrotic syndrome which is seen only when low blood volume occurs in RF. Why do you forget there is massive proteinuria in nephrotic syndrome which is a hallmark for it 😮
