What I love about this channel is the obscurity of some of the commanders. I subscribe to mostly cEDH channels (it's my thing) and you, obviously, tend to see the same commanders. Watching cards you don't normally use see play is super refreshing.

As an Orah player, the most inspiring thing about Eric's deck was being able to dodge a lot of the board wipes. You are right about missing some aristocrat key pieces, it didn't look like he found his sacrifice outlet in time or lifegain combos (not sure if that was in his deck to being with). I wouldn't be sure about combat "focus" when he didn't have much to lose for swinging with 3 creatures each turn since they gained indestructible but he didn't really gain anything else from that (except for Orah's Lifelink), but you actually know his deck. I actually made a Hofri cleric-focused deck to satiate my cleric combat ideas 😅.

Soooo much more hate should have been directed at Pascal, it was insanely clear early on that they were the most competitive deck by far. What was that wasted Swords to Plowshares on Saskia(who wasn't even pointing at Mike) when the next turn is a player who is clearly playing a combo deck and drew 20 cards last turn?? I loved all of the decks in this game, but that Garna deck seemed a little out of place

Pretty poor threat assessment to not yeet the player that drew 20 cards into the sun and save all removal for that player, imho. Combo Gharna (aka all Gharna) is pretty kill on sight because it has a loop piece in the command zone so it feels like it was vastly too strong for this table. Oh well.

The guys with lands in front got attacked first for reasons we already know. Also, I hate it when my opponent has SO much space on a playmat yet their cards are played on mine because they wanted to put them up front. I don't hate it, but use your own mat, especially if you're not even putting anything down.
