Today I noticed it was better to isolate with my right hand (dominant) and then placing lashes with my left. It felt more comfortable. Is that okay too?

oh yes that's totally ok! Lashing helps both hands become super talented. Whatever works best for you! Sometimes I even switch hands for the inner corner lashes on the right eye to make it easier :) :)
