I usually build full Magic Damage on Esmeralda w/ Magic Shoes, Clock of Destiny, Enchanted Talisman, Calamity Reaper, and Holy Crystal. The last item would be either Ice Queen Wand, Oracle, and Immortality. I mostly focus on one shotting enemies while having lots of shield since the more magic power the more shield she gives and steals.

Idk man, Karina is the True damage hero that counters her and also, Johnson has Dominance ice. Also heroes like Saber's armor reduction, Paquito's Stun skills are her counter too.

@@paulandreig.sahagun34 No. The problem is that karina doesn't target esme and JS build the dominance too late at the fucking near the end of the game. Simply means, the enemy just sucks. In high rank games with high iq enemies esmeralda can't tank. If you are watching the MPL PH right now, even the casters said esmeralda is weak in late game but a monster in mid game. She can easily get burst in late game with decent enemies really. I have 71% win rate esmeralda by the way.

The worst role for Esme would be as a Roaming Tank. She does not play well as a Tank until you get some items - unlike the conventional Tanks that are sturdy even without items. This is just for those who think that Roaming Esme Tank is viable.

Exactly. In fact, I think she (along with some heroes like Uranus, Gatotkaca) should only have one role designation and just have a sub-category "Durable" in her name. Also, it's sad how Fighters start to take the jobs away from Tanks (e.g. Chou is placed higher in the tier list as a Roamer versus all Tanks).

i had a classic match against 5 troll enemies using MAGES. Then all four of my teammates doesn't even have athena shield or radiant armor. The counter item they had was immortality. We lost they have 3 bronze, 1 silver, and i am MVP. Seriously, those guys are MG while me a Mythic knows more? By the way, i only have h+ data cellular signal that's why i am only mythic.
