Thank you for this! I didn’t know what was killing us during the hunt phase. It was either the fire, or the lightning water. We were so focused on finding the traps, that we didn’t see/hear the other mechanics.

7:18 Mechanic is different. The lurchers drops a synergy and everyone has to pick one up and go to the corresponding color for the big blast. I tried GFing it and failed miserably. Heals and DPS were too weak. CP300 is not enough to burn down the lurchers or to heal through the stranglers. LFG: PC NA

Sorry to comment on a two year old video but just had to give you a big ty Xynode. The Hircine DLC dg content has always given me the hardest time. If I can be honest it's harder to keep up with everything compared to BDV but honestly the cauldron RAPES 🤣

I'm assuming the little edit cuts before some of the bosses is where the o.p. dps melted the boss too quick and you had to redo the fight so we could see the mechanics. Right? ;)

Pretty much ! done it many times. If things are going too fast i call wipe. If it DIES while im calling wipe, we restart the entire dungeon :) Need to make sure people can clearly see what they have to do, not just show a burn fest :)

When planning to do hardmode do yourself a favor and DO THE GOLDEN INDRIK HUNT! The extra damage done and damage mitigation granted by the boons is very helpful

The synergy mechanics of Aghaedh is different to what is on this video. the synergies are dropped by lurkers. each lurker drops a different colour and whatever colour you pick is the circle you need to go on when she starts channeling. maybe it changed.

Even if you’re in the correct protective circle that corresponds to the synergy you picked up, you still have to block. It’s been a while since I’ve been in here, but I remember it doing 25-30k damage without blocking and only doing like 5-10k damage WHILE blocking. Idk if they changed that tho

Today I've done this dung with pickups in vet and the tank actually the fight against Bearfang much easier. The group stayed at the entrance and the tank have been in there pulling the boss, then he came back and Bearfang used his "Jump" attack and make his way to us outside of the fight zone. That way we didn't have to manage all the adds and the fight was actually very very easy. So on no death or speed run this mechanic could be of use.

Damn, I know all of the mechanics but I can't find anyone to do this with. I just get into these with pugs (or randoms) and even if we do well for everything else, they fail miserably in hard mode. I even try to explain on the mic on what to do, but they can't understand or they're too tilted to care. Xbox One here :(

I have same problem with fang lair, just need no death and hardmode to get wormwizard personality. Got super close to no death one time but someone didnt see one of the ghost walls. Now Im getting people who die on the 1st boss fight, aka the small waves of easy ads

happened to me first time, tried to separate them and they kept resetting, then someone ragequit. The most confusing bull ever, why tell people to keep them apart. After finding out how to do it, I felt lied to, no wonder people struggle in pugs.

Came up in the pledges today. I used the finder as a tank, took just a few minutes. First pug all left when they realized it was difficult.. Second pug we had two people running for the first time and an experienced healer who was willing to guide us. We died a few times, but finished it rather comfortably thanks to the healer telling us how it works.

Xynode love your guides but can you guys maybe lower your CP's for the rest of them? You don't really properly get to see mechanics in a lot of your videos because you guys nuke everything too fast. Yeah, that's great for you guys but we, the people, you are making these guide videos for don't get to see proper mechanics in a lot of the vids. Never really struggled here in PUG's (other then last boss HM) until I had a really low DPS PUG. On Aghaedh, and I had to scroll through comments, you're wrong on the mechanics there unless you have really high dps. Couldn't figure out why we were dying and I kept trying to explain from this video only to learn I was wrong. In the future can you guys maybe lower your CP's for these mech guides or slow down the dps considerably? Thanks!
